How safe is shopping on the web?

How do I order on the web?

Browse the online store or search for a particular item(s).
Pick the item(s) you want to purchase.
Click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the item(s). You can add as many products as you'd like to the shopping cart.
When you're ready to check out, just click the "Checkout" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

What other ways are there to place an order?

Use our on-line catalog and a major credit card.
Order by fax. Simply fax letter to 281-568-9191 with your order.Be sure to include:
- Credit Card Number, Type, and Expiration Date
- Billing Address and/or Shipping Address
- Contact Phone Number or Email
- Include shipping charge of $7.95 for first item and $2.00 for each additional item

How do you change the quantity of an item?

Enter the number of items you want to purchase in the "quantity" field of the shopping cart next to the item you're purchasing. Then click "Update." Your cart will be automatically re-calculated to reflect the new quantity. Setting the quantity to zero removes the item from the cart.

What's needed for the Checkout form?

In order to ensure the highest level of customer service, the following information is necessary to process your order:

Name Credit card number and expiration date Billing address of the credit card (for security purposes) Shipping address (if different from billing address [i.e. gift giving]) Phone number and e-mail address (so we can contact you with any questions concerning your order)

If you're having problems checking out, you may be behind a "firewall." Firewalls sometimes don't like secure web pages; you can either continue with the regular checkout, ask your system administrator to fix the firewall, or try again from home.
